Quieting the Emotions.  Breathe.

Breathe in — Letting Go   Breathe – out  Letting Go   Breathe In — Surrender   Breathe Out — Surrender

Finding that quietness, enter the solitude of nature.   Feel her presence in your body.  Allow her innocence and wonder to whisper gently into your ear, guiding you.  Feel her awakened spirit, gently nudging you into solitude, peace, comfort.  Be in this space of deep inner knowing of her abundance, love, gratitude and humility.   Breathe.   Surrender.

Allow yourself to dive deep into the recesses of her spirit, allowing her spirit to nurture and nourish you.  Breathe.  Surrender.   Feel the depths of her love for you.   Breathe.  Surrender.

… staying with the Breath — let this energy envelope and support you into wholeness and well-being.
